WelcomeDear SCU Campus Community, Welcome to the Office for Multicultural Learning (OML) home page. The Office has been operating under the umbrella of the Provost's Office since 2007 to further campus-wide diversity programs and co-curricular education. Our Mission is to coordinate, collaborate and promote cross-campus programing and related initiatives that enhance Santa Clara's goals for diversity and inclusive excellence. In conjunction with the Provost's Council on Diversity, Multicultural Learning and Inclusive Excellence, our office strives to provide and foster a welcoming campus climate for all. Through collaborative efforts with the Office of Student Life and various academic departments, our programming efforts focus on race and ethnicity and the intersection of various forms of diversity with race and ethnicity. Our campus-wide programming initiative for winter quarters 2008, 2009 and 2010 will focus on identity. We will work with the Provost's Council to promote and coordinate efforts around the theme of Identity: Individuality, Community, Humanity.
