In 2010, the Arizona government passed Senate Bill 1070 allowing law enforcement to stop and detain any individual it feels is in our country without proper documentation, and House Bill 2281 banning ethnic studies in public schools. How do these Arizona bills impact the rest of the country? How can we preserve our fundamental rights to equitable education and treatment?
