Multicultural Learning Office

OML Network Gatherings

The Office for Multicultural Learning Gatherings are open to all faculty, staff, and students regardless of ethnicity or racial heritage. The OML Network Gatherings happen once a quarter and will serve to educate the community around the issue of race and ethnicity and the intersection of race and ethnicity with a particular form of diversity.

Each OML Gathering will serve to target either faculty or staff or students or will be geared towards the entire community.  The OML Gatherings will be served to accomplish the following:

1) advance multicultural education throughout the University
2) promote a supportive environment for faculty, staff, and students of color
3) enhance the overall campus climate for diversity for all students, faculty, and staff.

Some Gatherings require an RSVP.
