LATE NIGHT PROGRAMMING
bronconights stampede 

Bronco Nights

Bronco Nights is a stress-relief, study-break program for students offered each quarter on the Thursday of Week 10. Students can participate in activities such as massages, performances, giveaways, and stress-relievers as a reward for working hard all quarter. This quarter's Bronco Nights will be on December 5, 9:00pm at the Locatelli Activity Center. After Bronco Nights is the annual Midnight Breakfast hosted by the Residential Learning Community Association (RLCA). Learn more >>>

Late Night Stampede

Late Night Programming are events by CSL and student organizations that start after 9:00pm and typically take place in the Gathering Hall of the Locatelli Activity Center or The Bronco in Benson Memorial Center. CSL now offers a new and exciting opportunity for students to be on a committee called the Late Night Stampede which helps to plan Late Night Programming in conjunction with the Activities Programming Board (APB). Orientation Staff Selection via YouLead

In conjunction with the Office of Residence Life, CSL uses an online application process called YouLead to accept applications for Orientation Leaders and Central Staff. The YouLead online application opens on December 6 and the deadline to submit is January 17. Once applications are accepted, group process exercises and interviews will start as part of the selection process. Final selections for the 2014 Orientation Staff will be made by February 20. Senior Orientation Leaders Selected

Christine Peters and Charles Glassford have been selected as the 2014 Senior Orientation Leaders. Christine and Charles were Orientation Leaders this past summer. Their term as Senior OLs begin winter quarter when they will assist Brandon Jenkins (Assistant Director for New Student Programs) with the selection of Orientation Leaders as well as Central Staff. Also, they will assist with developing and implementing training for the Orientation Staff. Learn more >>>

Congratulations: Into the Wild

Congratulations to Into the Wild for becoming the ninth Chartered Student Organization (CSO) at Santa Clara! Into the Wild provides students with opportunities to get off campus and explore California’s wilderness. Every week are organized trips including hiking, backpacking, snow camping, rock climbing, kayaking, rafting, surfing, and more. Into the Wild aims to promote healthy activities while encouraging education and environmentally sustainable practices. Learn more >>>

This month CSL is highlighting the Activities Programming Board (APB) which enriches the student experience by fostering the development of a student community through programs such as concerts, comedy shows, movie nights, performers such as hypnotists, craft nights, holiday activities, and Dog Days.
