The resources are available to students, faculty, and staff.
  • Experiential Training Materials - A variety of experiential materials for outdoor activities, teambuilding, and initiatives are available for checkout, including ropes, balls, games, and exercises. See Team Initiatives.
  • Icebreakers (pdf) - are quick and efficient ways for people to get to know more about each other. They take between 5 and 10 minutes and need little preparation and debriefing time.
  • Energizers (pdf) - If your group is running low on energy, use energizers to spice things up. They take between 5 and 10 minutes and are intended for goups who already know each other.
  • Team Initiatives (pdf) - are problem solving exercises that challenge your group to work together as a team. Team initiatives typically take at least 30 minutes and require debriefing in order to make practical sense of the exercise. CSL staff is available for consultation and direction for the facilitation of the Team Initatives. To make an appointment contact (408) 554-4745.
