 What are CSO Training & Workshops?
CSL has designed a program that consists of a transition training in the spring, preparation training in the fall, quarterly club conferences, and occasional topical workshops to assist the leaders of the Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) in developing various leadership skills and experiences to assist them with effectively running their respective organizations.

Who Should Participate?
The primary leaders of each RSO.

What Will You Learn?
RSO leaders will gain basic leadership skills and experiences such as event planning, risk management, outreach and marketing, budget and finances, collaboration, and transitions.

How Will You Learn It?
Learning will occur through presentations, guided discussions, and online resources that deal with the aforementioned topics.
