Club Registration and Discretionary Fund Request Deadlines:

2009-2010

• Returning Club Registration Deadline:  Wednesday, May 27th, 2009 by 5:00pm.  Failure to re-register a club by the May 27th deadline could result in significantly reduced discretionary funding being granted to your club during the Fall quarter.  Additionally, your club will not be able to participate in the Kick Off Fair the Sunday before school starts in the fall.
• Fall New Club Registration Deadline:  Wednesday, September 30, 2009 by 5:00pm.
• Fall Discretionary Fund Requests Greater than $400.00 Deadline:  Wednesday, September 30, 2009 by 5:00pm.
• Winter Discretionary Fund Requests Greater than $400.00 Deadline:  Wednesday, November 4, 2009 by 5:00pm.
• Winter New Registration Deadline - Wednesday, January 13, 2010 by 5:00pm.
• Spring Discretionary Fund Requests Greater than $400.00 Deadline:  Wednesday, February 17, 2010 by 5:00pm.
• Spring New Registration Deadline - Wednesday, April 7, 2010 by 5:00pm.

2010-2011

• Returning Club Registration Deadline for the 2010-2011 academic year: Wednesday, May 19th, 2010 by 5:00pm.

MISSED THE QUARTERLY REGISTRATION DEADLINES!?
New clubs  can still file an Intent to Register and receive limited access to club privileges for the current quarter. Then complete the registration process  to become fully registered for the next quarter.
