Leadership Development Assistants

Leadership Development Assistants Program provides para-professionals an experience assisting with the design, planning, implementation, and assessment of leadership programs.  These programs include: the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP), Leader in Residence, eLeader, Outdoor Leadership Expedition (OLE), the Magis Retreat, and the Leadership Poster series.

Who should participate?

Senior status preferred, but Junior status will also be considered.   Applications are now available, see link below.

What will you learn?

Develop skills in group process, interpersonal communication, working in teams, and initiating and coordinating programs. 

How will you learn it?

Working 10-12 hours a week in the Center, you will provide support to the varied leadership programs with hands-on experience, peer interactions, and communication and planning.
