Spring Break (March 25-29)
  1. Students in the University Honors Program and/or students who have a cumulative grade point average at Santa Clara of at least 3.3 may enroll in up to 25 units without written approval by a University Advisor at the Drahmann Advising Center.
  2. Students who do not fit into the above category may enroll in no more than 19 (or 20 if eligible) units. One 2-unit course or two 1-unit courses are not counted as overload units. To  add a 2-unit or 1-unit course, fill out a Request to Add Fractional, 1, or 2 Unit Courses Up to 2 Units located at www.scu.edu/registrar/forms by Tuesday, April 8.
  3. Juniors and Seniors requiring permission to add overload units must submit a Permission for Unit Overload Form.

The Drahmann Center is open Monday to Thursday of Spring Break from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (PDT). You can visit us in Kenna Hall 101, email us at drahmanncenter@scu.edu, or call 408-554-4318 for assistance. Please stop by the Center to make a same day academic advising appointment.

The University will be closed on Friday, March 29 in observance of Good Friday.

The John B. Drahmann Academic Advising and Learning Resources Center provides undergraduate students with holistic academic support and connection to intellectual disciplines that lead to meaningful futures.

The Drahmann Center is home for undergraduate academic advising and provides academic support in collaboration with assigned faculty advisors. We are equipped to discuss the process of advising and registration, Core Curriculum, major, and minor course planning. In addition, we also provide academic learning resources and tutoring services.

To make an advising appointment:

Click the red "Make an Appointment" tab. Once you have successfully logged in you will be able to schedule an academic advising appointment and/or tutoring sessions. You will be contacted via email with the meeting details.  For first time users of our appointment system, click the red "Make an Appointment" tab and then, click the "Forgot Password" link and follow the prompted instructions. You will need to use your SCU email.
