Preliminary Administrative Services Credential
|
Units: 36 quarter units (3 quarter units = 2 semester units) The Preliminary Administrative Services Credential program is the first step for individuals who want to advance their career and become effective educational leaders. Designed to prepare exceptional teachers for leadership roles in public, private, or parochial schools, students receive a well-rounded curriculum delivered in small, personal classes. High quality professors mentor students beginning on day one. Peer-to-peer learning and networking builds the foundation for strong support and diverse perspectives throughout our students' careers. This program addresses the California Professional Standards for Educational Leaders and is accredited by the California Commission of Teacher Credentialing. The Preliminary Administrative Services Credential is independent of the Master of Arts in Educational Administration, but it is often paired with the Masters degree, as all 36 units of this program apply toward the Master of Arts in Educational Administration. Our graduates do the following with this degree: |
