Lucila Ramos-Sánchez Ph.D.

Lucila Ramos-Sánchez, Ph.D., is an associate professor of counseling psychology and Coordinator for the Latino Counseling Emphasis at Santa Clara University.  She holds a doctorate in counseling/clinical/school psychology, from the UCSB.  She has extensive training in and experience with clinical supervision.  She has published studies in the areas of multicultural counseling, Latino mental health and supervision.  Specifically her research has examined negative supervisory experiences and how they relate to supervisee development.  She has presented her research at national conferences such as the American Psychological Association, the National Multicultural Conference and Summit, and the National Latino/a Psychological Conference.
