Description
This class meets ethics criteria for relicensing.
Tired of listening to someone spew information at you all day? This interactive workshop will not only bring you up to date with legislation regarding confidentiality, reporting mandates, informed consent and their impact on the therapeutic relationship and process; it will also provide an opportunity to interact with other professionals in exercises designed to evaluate and sharpen your own ethical decision-making process and refine your clinical management of legal and ethical responsibilities. Format will include case studies, brief presentations, discussion, group exercises, and written reflections.
