| How do students receive an account for the lab? |
- Your instructor will provide you with an account for the lab. With an account, students receive 300MB of storage space in the EPL server.

| What are the "Open Lab" hours? |
- Effective Monday 10/19/09, The new “Open Lab” hours in the EPL Lab (Room 138) in Loyola Hall will be as follows:
Mondays:
1:00PM – 4:30PM
Tuesdays:
1:00PM – 4:30PM
Wednesdays:
1:00PM – 4:30PM
Thursdays:
1:00PM – 4:30PM
This schedule is in effect thru the end of the Winter 2010 Quarter and then will be reviewed for the Spring Quarter class schedule.
