The six required foundational course areas are:

• Fundamental Theology

• Ethics
• Ecclesiology
• Hebrew Bible
• New Testament

The five required Liturgical Music core courses are:

• PLIT 202 Christian Liturgy or PLIT 232 The Eucharist
• LITM 250 Music for Eucharist and Liturgical Year
• LITM 251 Music for Liturgical Seasons and Celebrations
• LITM 254 Sacred Music Literature
• LITM 299 Recital (2 units)

Advanced electives include a broad range of courses, such as:

• LITM 252 Musicianship for Liturgical Musicians
• LITM 253 Choral Conducting and Choir Techniques
• LITM 255 Private Instruction (Vocal, Piano, Instrument, Organ) (1 Unit)
