Dr. Rubio studied at U.C. Berkeley, Santa Clara University, Catholic University of America, and completed his doctorate at the Jesuit School of Theology at Berkeley. He has served on the Bishop’s Committee on the Liturgy and well as an ecumenical officer for the Diocese of San Jose.
