Tuition Refund PolicyFall, Winter, SpringThe date on which a student formally withdraws or drops a class online will bethe effective date on which any refund of tuition will be determined, not thelast date of attendance by the student. Students who fail to drop a course, evenif they do not attend, or fail to notify the University of his/her intent towithdraw, regardless of the reason, will be responsible to pay all tuition andfee charges reflecting on the account. Informing your Dean, academic departmentor your instructor does not constitute withdrawal. Written notification must be received no later than 5 p.m. on the first Fridayof each academic term to qualify for 100 percent tuition refund, less any cancellation/dropfees. Students who drop or submit notification after this date will receive atuition refund in accordance with the following schedule:
Please note: Students may drop courses online until 11:59 p.m. on the Sundayimmediately following the beginning of the term and still receive 100 percentrefund. However, this is only valid if a student has no registration holds anddoes not require assistance from a staff member. All other transactions mustbe completed by the 5 p.m. deadline. Any association/course fees will not be refunded after the first week of school.The registration fee is non-refundable once initial registration is made. | ||||||||
