Ecampus is our self-service website for faculty to view information pertaining to payroll, courses, advisees, etc. It is available to those members of the SCU community that are considered instructors of one or more academic classes.

To access ecampus, just log in from the SCU home page at http://www.scu.edu/. Click the drop down list labeled "SCU login" at the bottom left of the screen. Select "ecampus", then log in using your User ID and Password.

HR Self-Service

Personal and payroll information may be obtained by clicking on the "HR Self-Service" link under My Menu in the left-hand navigation column.

Faculty Center

Manage all of your class, student and advisee related activities by clicking on the "Faculty Center" link under My Menu in the left-hand navigation column.

Faculty Center tab

Information viewed on this tab includes:

• Teaching schedule by term
• Class detail including class and grade rosters. (Note: The grade roster icon only shows if it has been generated by the Office of the Registrar. Until that time, no icon will show in that column.)
• "My Favorite Websites"
• FERPA Statement

Advisement tab

Information viewed on this tab includes:

• Names of Advisees with student ID numbers
• "New Drop-In Advisee" button that allows you to obtain information on students other than your own assigned advisees.
• "Notify All Advisees" button which sends email to all students listed as advisees.
• "Notify Selected Advisees" button which sends email to only those students who have the box next to their information checked.
• "Student Details" includes academic information, address, class schedule, degree audit, emergency contacts, enrollment appointments, grades, telephone, etc.

This tab allows you to search for classes or browse the course catalog.
