Entrepreneurial Thinking Pentathlon

February 1 - March 6, 2015

This quarter, five events over the course of five weeks will test students' entrepreneurial spirit. Starting Feb. 1, teams will be given a different task to complete each week. Tasks will include writing a haiku, completing a scavenger hunt, creating value from a seemingly valueless item, presenting a new product concept in a poster presentation, and giving an elevator pitch for a new business concept. Prizes of $100-$500 (depending on the event) will go to the weekly winners, with a $1,000 grand prize going to the overall winner. More details here.

Senior Design Conference

The 45th annual Senior Engineering Design Conference showcases the mix of hands-on experience and theoretical learning that honors our mission to educate thoughtful and responsible leaders and innovators of the future. Come and watch our seniors present their capstone projects before an audience of industry leaders, alumni, parents, and friends of the School of Engineering. All are welcome.
