Senior Capstone Projects

The annual Senior Engineering Design Conference showcases the mix of hands-on experience and theoretical learning that honors our mission to educate thoughtful and responsible leaders and innovators of the future. Among other things, in working on their capstone projects last year, our students designed affordable and sustainable building materials and techniques for earthquake-ravaged Haiti, developed a computer application to support fair trade around the world, furthered the process of LED optical wireless communication, and created an autonomous network of robotic kayaks to be used in environmental research, to name just a few.
