New visiting faculty

Professor Michelle Oberman is a member of the DePaul University College of Law faculty. She will teach Contracts and a health law course. She earned a J.D. degree in 1988 from the University of Michigan Law School, a master’s degree in public health in1988 from the University of Michigan School of Public Health, and a bachelor’s degree in 1983 from Cornell University.

Professor Clark Freshman is a member of the University of Miami School of Law faculty. He will teach Civil Procedure and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He earned a J.D. from Stanford University School of Law in 1991, a bachelor’s degree from Oxford University in1988, and a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University in 1986.

Professor Marina Hsieh, a former law clerk for Justice John Paul Stevens and member of the University of Maryland law faculty, taught Constitutional Law in spring 2004, and will teach it in fall 2004.

Assistant Professor Lee Bollinger taught last year at Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. He earned an LL.M. in 2003 from New York University School of Law a J.D. in 1997 from the University of Michigan Law School, and a bachelor of arts degree in 1994 from the University of California.

The following visiting professors of law will teach again at the law school this year: Professor Russell Powell, Professor Dennis Corgill, and Professor Eric Schneider.
