At the CenterEducation Policy Expert Linda Darling-Hammond to SpeakMonday, May. 23, 2011Named by Education Week as one of the top 10 people affecting educational policy in the United States over the past decade, Linda Darling-Hammond will talk about "Teaching and the Moral Imperative" in a talk Weds., May 25, 5 p.m., for the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics. Darling-Hammond is the Ducommun Professor of Education at Stanford University. Her talk will be held in the California Mission Room of the Benson Center on the Santa Clara University campus.
