Weekend Courses Refund Policy
Any student who is enrolled in a weekend course that meets for the first time after the deadline to drop with 100 percent tuition refund will have until the Tuesday following the first meeting to drop that course with no penalty.
To avoid the financial penalty, the course must be dropped manually by the Assistant Director of Engineering Graduate Services either by e-mailing the request to lmarchewka@scu.edu or completing a drop form available in the Engineering Graduate Programs office. Failure to comply with this process will result in an irreversible forfeit of tuition.
Summer Session Tuition Refund Policy:

For 50 percent tuition refund: Students must drop their course(s) online via ecampus by the end of the day (no later than 11:59 p.m. ) of the third class meeting.
There will be no further refunds after the day of the third class meeting.
