Create a course calendar as a separate Web page from the syllabus. Place a prominent link to the calendar on the syllabus page. A table provides a good format to organize the calendar information, which could be based on time elements, such as daily class meetings or weekly topics. Include the academic week number, lecture or discussion topics, and assignments with due dates. Use hyperlinks for each assignment as a cross-reference to the same item on the Assignments page.
