Resource Specialists

The Instructional Technology Resource Specialist (ITRS) works to help Santa Clara's faculty understand and use computer technology in support of the University's general mission of teaching, research, and service.

They partner with faculty to: design and develop multimedia course materials; integrate Web technologies into the curriculum; identify available existing technology resources; train in the use of multimedia classroom equipment; and develop teaching and assessment materials.

The Instructional Technology Resource Specialists are David Armstrong and Michael Ballen, and James Linehan. You can contact David at 551-1863. Michael can be reached at 551-1842, and James can be reached at 551-6087, or visit them at their offices on the first floor of Varsi Hall.
