Film/Video
Collection
A
centralized resource collection of approximately 4800 titles on
videotape, 16mm and 8mm film are available for on-campus instructional
use. Complete information on the collection is available in the
library's on-line catalog - OSCAR.
Faculty and staff may check out titles for preview purposes, schedule
for delivery for class use, and/or put on reserve for independent
student viewing in the Media Lab. Tapes may be checked out
for a maximum of 1 week. The day before it is due, you may
call us to renew the tape for an additional week. If someone
has made a reservation in the meantime, we must recall the title.
We have only one copy of each program and rely on the faculty and
staff to return it on time. Students may not check out videotapes,
but can make arrangements to view titles in the Media Lab and/or
have tape delivered for class use.
