|
To support first-generation college students, it is important to introduce their families to the college experience. This orientation provides an opportunity for students and their families to learn what SCU campus life is like from current students, professors and staff who are or were the first members of their families to attend college. The orientation also provides an opportunity for students to learn about campus resources and the student community. LEAD Scholars should attend oreintation session 2 (July 13 & 14) or session 3 (July 15 & 16). They will participate in all of the orientation activities with other incoming freshman. In addition there will sessions for LEAD Scholars and their families to learn more about the LEAD Scholars program. LEAD Scholars RLC course selection Parent Session Dinner and Panel Discussion
