740 Locust
The Locust house is a private residence within a couple of blocks from campus that can accommodate two students in single rooms. This house provides a community living atmosphere with fully furnished common areas and bedrooms, one full bathroom, one additional restroom and ample parking. This house offers on‐site laundry facilities. Water, gas, electricity, and garbage utilities are included in the lease and are billed per academic term. This house is available to 2nd and 3rd year graduate students only. A minimum 10‐month contract is required.
