Applying for Graduate Housing

Welcome to Santa Clara University's Graduate Housing. We are pleased that you are interested in on-campus housing. Please note that our graduate properties are for professional graduate students who will be considerate of their neighbors and the different study and sleeping habits required to be successful in the graduate programs. The graduate community offers a variety of advantages for law and graduate students: a convenient location, furnished or unfurnished living space, a lease based on your academic year, a community of colleagues, and most importantly, a quiet and courteous living environment that is conducive to your academic success.

2012 - 2013 Law/Graduate Students

Current Law/Grad students can apply for housing using their eCampus ID and password beginning February 15th.  Incoming Law/Grad students can apply beginning April 7th.  Once you log on, please follow the housing links to begin your application.

Since our housing is limited for law/grad students, we look to place full time, out of state students before we place local students and part time student.   Placements are made based on complete applications.  Each application requires a $250 prepayment and a personal statement that incorporates the answers to three questions. If you have any questions regarding housing options for law/grad students, please contact the Housing Office at (408) 554-4900 or e-mail your questions to housing@scu.edu.
