Applying for Undergraduate Housing
Thank you for your interest in on-campus housing at Santa Clara University. In order to apply for housing, you must be a full time, enrolled student at Santa Clara University. We encourage students to apply as soon as the application process begins for their respective group, in order to have the best opportunity to be placed in one of our dynamic Residential Learning Communities.
Winter and Spring 2012 Housing Requests: All students interested in on-campus housing for Winter and Spring 2012 should email the Housing Office with their full name, ID number and building and room preferences. Requests for Spring 2012 should be submitted no later than February 25th.
2012 - 2013 Application
Incoming Freshmen, Current Sophomores and Current Juniors can apply for on-campus housing beginning Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 3:30pm on eCampus. Current Freshmen can apply on March 1st at 3:30pm on eCampus.

Transfer students are welcome to apply via our online process. Every year we are encouraged to see more and more transfer students joining our on-campus communities. Make sure to log on to eCampus and submit your online housing application today! Contact us at housing@scu.edu with any questions.
Summer housing is available to both SCU and non-SCU students taking classes during the summer. Students who work on campus may also be accommodated once summer school students are placed. More information will be available end of March.
