Maintenance Requests

Are You Experiencing a Maintenance Concern Within Your Room or Building?

To submit a maintenance request, simply login to eCampus and select the On-Campus Housing link.  Once you are on the Housing Application landing page, click on the "Work Order" button.

Any issues you encounter regarding cable, phone, and internet service cannot be reported via the on-line Maintenance Request process and instead need to be called in directly to the Student Help Desk at (408) 554 - 5050.

Maintenance Requests that can also be submitted at your building's Service Desk are those which are non-urgent items such as: broken window blinds, clogged sinks, clogged toilets, missing window screens, light bulbs that need replacing, etc.

When submitting your requests the Housing Office requests you please remember the following:

  1. In your description of the issues, always state what needs to be completed rather than what the problem is you are encountering (i.e. repair/replace a broken towel rack)
  2. Always be as specific possible and provide as much detail as you can regarding the maintenance concern
  3. Please know that completion of maintenance requests may take from 1 - 2 weeks from the date of submission
PLEASE IMMEDIATELY report urgent maintenance issues to your Community Facilitator, Resident Director or Desk Receptionist!
