Dining Meal Plan Change Request

Request Form & Due Dates

To change your Resident Dining Meal Plan you will need to complete the on-line Resident Dining Plan Change Request form. The Resident Dining Meal Plan Change Request web form is accessed through the Housing Portal via eCampus.

The Resident Dining Meal Plan Change Requests forms for Fall Quarter 2014 must be completed and submitted by Friday, August 15, 2014.

For the 2014- 2015 Academic Year

To change your plan for Fall Quarter, forms must be submitted by August 15, 2014.

To change your plan for Winter Quarter, forms must be submitted by November 14, 2014.

To change your plan for Spring Quarter, forms must be submitted by February 13, 2015.

Dining Plan Change requests are NOT accepted after the deadlines listed above for each respective quarter. Once a change has been made to the Resident Dining Plan, the change is in effect for all subsequent quarters within the current academic year unless a Dining Plan is changed again during another Dining Plan Change period.
