Room Change Request Form
To request a room change, please fill out and submit a Room Change Request Form to the Housing office by the date listed below.
Fall Quarter
As of Monday, October 1, 2012 forms may be submitted to the Housing Office. Forms are due to the Housing Office by 5:00pm on Monday, October 8th. Room change decisions will be available after 1:00pm on Monday, October 15.
Winter Quarter
As of Monday, January 7, 2013, forms may be submitted to the Housing Office. Forms are due to the Housing Office by 5:00pm on Monday, January 14. Room change decisions will be available after 1:00pm on Monday, January 21.
Spring Quarter
As of Monday, March 2, 2013, forms may be submitted to the Housing Office. Forms are due to the Housing Office by 5:00pm on Monday, April 8. Room change decisions will be available after 1:00pm on Monday, April 15.
