Undergraduate Students

Current SCU Students
If you are interested in applying for on-campus housing for the 2008-2009 academic year, we strongly encourage you to log on to eCampus and apply online beginning Monday, March 3, 2008. If you prefer to submit a paper application, you may print the application below and submit it to the Housing Office at this address:

SCU Housing, 500 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA 95053-1012

The Housing Office will notify you of your RLC/building and roommate assignment within two weeks after the May 1 deadline. At that time you will receive further information regarding the Room Selection process. RLC/building priority will be given to those requesting to remain in their current communities. Limited space will be available for those wishing to change communities.

Newly Admitted Freshmen, Class of 2012
The online housing application will be available as of March 3, 2008 in eCampus. We strongly encourage interested students to apply for housing online. If you prefer to submit a paper application, you may print the application below and submit it to the Housing Office at the address mentioned above.

Please note that equal priority will be given to both paper and online applications for incoming freshmen, as long as they are received by the May 1 deadline.

Transfer Students
If you are interested in on-campus for the 2008-2009 academic year, the application process for transfers will begin in late May, early June, 2008. Please look for additional information which will be included along with your acceptance letter from Undergraduate Admissions.

Spring 2008 Housing
If you interested in housing for Spring 2008, please submit a paper application and we recommend that you contact the Housing Office to learn more about what type of spaces are available.

Summer 2008 Housing

Once again this year we will be offering summer housing in our Swig building. If you are interested in applying, print out the following contract and application and make sure to turn in the application no later than Friday, May 23, 2008. If you are interested in on-campus housing for 2008-2009, please look for information in the packet you will receive from your admissions office once you make your commitment deposit.

The updated contract and preference form for 2008-2009 are below. Once you have made your commitment deposit, you may download these forms and mail them to the Housing Office along with a $250 housing deposit.
