Important Housing Information

  •  Winter Break Housing

    Are you an intercollegiate athlete competing during winter break or an international student with travel restrictions who is looking for winter break housing? Print and submit the Winter Break Housing Request Contract no later than Friday, Nov. 16 at 5pm to the Housing Office, Benson Center, office #212.  Please keep in mind that eligibility does not guarantee approval. Given space constraints, only a limited number of students will be approved for winter break housing.

  •  Extension Requests

    If you are looking for an extension until Saturday, Dec. 8th at 9am, you must first submit an Extension Request.  The halls close on Friday, December 7, 2012 at 9pm.

  •  Winter 2013 Applicants

    Interested in living on campus beginning this upcoming winter quarter?  Log on to eCampus and follow the housing link.  Complete the housing application and make sure to indicate "occupancy to begin" as winter.  If you have additional questions, don't hesitate to send an email to housing@scu.edu.

  •  Dining Plan Changes

    If you are looking to change your resident dining plan for winter and spring, you may do so by submitting a Resident Dining Plan Change Request form by November 9 to the HRL Office.

  •  Open Room Change Period

    The Open Room Change period will begin on Monday, October 1.  All Room Change forms must be submitted to the HRL Office by Monday, October 8.

    Calling all Broncos to join the Welcome Weekend Volunteer Team!

    The Class of 2016 will be arriving on campus on Saturday, September 15, 2012, and we are looking for returning SCU students to assist with move-in. In addition, some RLCs utilize volunteers in other activities such as decorating the halls prior to residents arriving.

We encourage students to apply as soon as the application process begins for their respective group, in order to have the best opportunity to be placed in one of our dynamic Residential Learning Communities.

  •  2012-2013 Housing Placement Notifications

    Current Sophomores and Juniors that applied for on-campus housing on January 11th and completed the group process will begin room selection in late March.

     

    Current Freshmen that applied for on-campus housing on March 1st will be notified in May of the community that they were placed in.

  •  Resident Dining Plan Change
