1260 Campbell Avenue Housing Forums

Please join us at one of the two additional Housing Forums which will cover information regarding the new Campbell Ave. accommodations as well as the application process. The first forum will be held on Monday, January 24th at 7:00pm in Benson Parlors B&C. The last forum will be held on Tuesday, January 25th at 4:00pm in the Kennedy Commons.

2011-2012 Housing Application Availability

Fall 2011 juniors and seniors interested in applying for on-campus housing may do so online, via eCampus beginning on Tuesday, February 1 at 3:30pm. Fall 2011 sophomores may begin to apply on Tuesday, March 1 at 3:30pm, also via eCampus.

Winter Quarter Room Change Period

Students looking to request a room change for the winter quarter may submit the completed Room Change Request Form as of Monday, January 3, 2011. Forms are due to the Housing Office by 5:00pm on Monday, January 10. Room change decisions will be available after 1:00pm on Friday, January 14.

2010 Winter Break Housing

All residence halls close Friday, December 10th at 9pm for Winter Break. We may be able to offer housing over the winter break period. Housing over the break period is outside of the annual housing contract and costs $215.00 per week. Since space is limited, only student athletes in the midst of intercollegiate competition and international students will be considered for break housing. In addition, only those students who complete the paperwork prior to the deadline will be considered. Click here to download the Winter Break Housing Request form. Forms are due to the Offices of Housing and Residence Life, Benson 212, by Friday, November 19th by 5pm. -

Early Action Incoming Freshmen

The online housing application for incoming freshmen admitted early will be available Tuesday, March 1, 2011 in eCampus. Please note that equal priority will be given to both paper and online applications, as long as received by May 1, 2011 deadline.

Room Change Request

If you would like to request a room change, please complete the Room Change Request Form and submit it to Housing no later than 5:00pm on Monday, October 11.

Resident Dining Plan Change

If you would like to change your Resident Dining Plan for Winter and Spring 2011, you must submit the Resident Dining Plan Change Request Form to Housing no later than Friday, November 12.

Online Room Selection for Current Students

All students who completed a housing application by May 1, 2009 will receive an email on Friday, May 15 after 6:00pm which will confirm their RLC assignment, room type accommodation and if applicable, roommate assignment. Online Room Selection information will be available on Monday, May 18 after 6:00pm, on the housing link, in ecampus. This information will include the student’s Online Room Selection date and time. We currently have multiple spaces available for students looking to return to campus. We are also encouraging students studying abroad to apply now, before the end of the year, as we anticipate having various spaces available in our different communities in the winter.

Summer Housing Available!

The deadline for the summer housing application period is quickly approaching. If you are interested in on-campus housing for this summer, please apply by Friday, May 22, 2009. Please click on this link to download the contract and application, which will need to be mailed or dropped off at the Housing Office along with a $100 deposit. Spaces are still available – apply today!
