St. Clare Hall is a two-story co-ed building located on The Alameda two blocks from the central campus.  This community offers various amenities including the following:

• Proximity to the Cadence Cyber Cafe.  Coming this Fall 2008, the cafe will feature lunch and dinner as well as coffee and grab and go snack options.
  
• Free parking to all residents
• Carpeted rooms
• Private bathroom in each room
• Study lounge and a separate television lounge with vending machines

This hall also offers its residents a swimming pool and private parking lot. Laundry facilities are located in the building. All rooms are approximately 23 feet by 12 feet.
