St. Clare Hall offers various amenities including carpeted rooms, private bathroom in each room, proximity to the Cadence Cyber Cafe, a newly renovated Commons space which includes a computer/study room, large lounge, restrooms, service desk and community kitchen. It is important to note that Cadence Cyber Cafe features lunch and dinner as well as coffee and grab and go snack options Monday - Friday. All floors in this community are coed and rooms are single-sex.
Please note that beginning Fall, 2011 residents will need to purchase a permit from Campus Safety in order to park in the underground parking lot.
