The Villa Apartments are located in a residential neighborhood just one block from the south end of campus, off Park Avenue. This garden complex consists of 20 two-story, two bedroom, one bath townhouses. Two students are assigned to each townhouse. These townhouses are fully furnished and have more than 900 square feet of living space with a small private patio in the front. A coin laundry facility, on-site parking, and a barbeque area provide a comfortable, community atmosphere. The ground floor living room and both upstairs bedrooms are wired for telephone, cable TV, and data networking. All utilities, local phone service, cable TV and access to the University’s high-speed network services are included in the lease and is billed per academic term. A building resident manager is available for assistance and to help plan community activities. A minimum 10-month contract is required.
