Caroline Zelaya

Caroline serves as the lead contact for daily interactions with faculty and staff regarding benefits eligibility, enrollment and claims issues and works with providers to insure accuracy of coverage and billing information. She is also responsible for new employee orientation, open enrollment processes and Medicare 101 workshops.
