A positive, respectful work environment is critical to our performance, job satisfaction and sense of well being. Yet creating a respectful workplace can be challenging, since workplaces today include people from many different backgrounds. This workshop addresses how to bridge differences for a more respectful, happier and productive workplace. After the workshop, participants should be able to:

• Understand the benefits of a respectful work environment
• Be more aware of personal behavior in the workplace
• Comply with relevant employment policies/guidelines
• Identify behaviors that enhance respect and communication
