Workshop Description:
Teams in today's workplaces are involved in a multitude of change projects from designing new procedures and systems to completing individual assignments. This is particularly difficult when multiple resources have to be coordinated. However, most leaders have never been trained in managing such projects, and therefore, struggle with meeting project deadlines or even completing them at all. This course is designed to give you a practical, working knowledge of project management. This course follows the best practices for Project Management as outlined by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Part 1 - November 5; Part 2 - November 12: One registration will register you for both sessions.
