HR Workshops: Effective Feedback for Supervisors

Workshop Description:
The ability to deliver meaningful and effective feedback is an important component to help your direct reports develop and get the job done. Ideally, your department runs like a well-oiled machine. Often, however, that is not the case. Do you know what to do when there's a performance issue that needs to be addressed? Learn how to talk with employees about difficult topics; as well as pointers on avoiding common pitfalls associated with these encounters. In this session, you will learn how to build your message, when to deliver it and how to communicate it. Feedback can become a tool for development - for you and for others.
