Workshop Description:
Conflict is a normal and natural part of working with others. If you can deal effectively when conflict arises you can create a workplace that is creative and synergistic. Peer conflict that involve values, office politics or power can fracture relationships and disruptive an entire work group. Participants will learn a process for managing conflict, how to avoid "hot buttons" and how power and values can impact work relationships. The workshop will conclude with an examination of six steps in more effectively managing conflict with your peers.
