Workplace bullying is an ever-growing concern for organizations and is defined as the repeated mistreatment of one or more employees with a malicious mix of humiliation, intimidation and sabotage of performance. Workplace bullying can have a detrimental impact on an employee?s productivity, wellbeing and morale.  Organizations can support employees and provide guidance on how to partner together to develop safe work procedures to deal with bullying.  After the workshop, participants should be able to:

• Define workplace bullying
• Describe the difference between workplace bullying, illegal discrimination and harassment
• Know why it is important to confront workplace bullying
• Address offensive bullying behavior
