  • Department description Law Finance is looking for an undergraduate student (Freshman/Sophomore)who can commit to work minimum 12 hours per week during school year, and summer.
    Qualifications Currently enrolled undergraduate student (Freshman/Sophomore) at Santa Clara University Only those who can commit minimum 12 hours per week during school year, and available during summer (full time if possible) Basic financial experience Basic office computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Website Design, Adobe Acrobat
    Duties and responsibilities Financial data entry Work extensively with various computer programs: Peoplesoft Financials, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Adobe Acrobat, Website Design Create financial reports using Excel Investigate payment issues Track financial paperwork and update files Process payment requests, quick vouchers, and payments to vendors General office support, including answering phones, scanning and filing. Deliveries from Heafey Hall to various locations around campus, including the University Finance Office Other duties, as needed
