  • Department description The School of Education and Counseling Psychology at Santa Clara University offers master?s degree, certificate, and professional credential programs in teacher preparation and advanced studies, educational leadership and administration, and counseling psychology.     Qualifications A. Major or bachelor?s degree in computer science/related field, or equivalent experience, required. B. Experience in onsite classroom technology and instructional support. C. Knowledge of smart classroom technology include digital projectors, a/v systems, document cameras, digital equipment carts, MAC and PC hardware (desktop, laptop, iPads). D. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Windows. E. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills which support a customer-centric environment. F. Commitment to multiculturalism and social justice. G. Appreciation for and understanding of the principles of a Jesuit education.
    Duties and responsibilities A. Physical and Online/Digital classroom technology support management 1. Respond to technology service requests submitted electronically. 2. Assist faculty with classroom technology set-up and digital instructional equipment needs. 3. Assist in the coordination of audio visual details for School events. 4. Interact frequently with diverse clients and constituents, including: faculty, students, staff, media services, IT and other internal/external clients
