Leading Across Generations

Barbara Miller

Forget the Generation Gap; we now have a Generation Chasm. There are four generations trying to co-exist in today’s workforce: Seniors, Boomers, Gen X and Millennials. Each generation has different work styles, work values and work expectations.  Leaders need to understand each generation in order to recruit, retain, build intergenerational teams and communicate effectively across the generations.

This presentation by Barbara Miller will provide you with concrete strategies and techniques you can apply immediately to lead across the generations.
