Cheryl Johnson
Interim Asst. Director of HR for Learning and Leadership Development
Cheryl directs the organizational learning and development programs for staff as well as leadership development initiatives for front-line supervisors, middle managers and senior leadership. He also works with managers and teams to improve performance; change organizational culture and structure; improve communication; and resolve workplace conflict. Cheryl works with leaders at all levels in the design and delivery of retreats, customized workshops and management coaching.

Organizational Development Specialist
Diane is responsible for assisting University leaders in developing a strategic vision, building trust, increasing productivity, solving problems and increasing engagement and morale. Her responsibilities include manager coaching; group facilitation for intact work teams; delivering customized training; and assisting with leadership initiatives for supervisors throughout the campus. Diane is certified to administer a variety of assessments, including: Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI), Thomas Kilman Conflict Inventory (TKI), the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), DiSC , and Crucial Conversations.
