About Us
In 2005, the University brought its most uniquely Jesuit programs together to form the Ignatian Center for Jesuit Education. Dedicated to extending the core values of Santa Clara University to the campus as a whole, the Ignatian Center’s three departments serve students, faculty, and staff in their studies, professions, and faith.
Students explore deeper meanings in their academic work and recognize their responsibility to address injustice within their own vocations. The Center supports faculty scholarship and teaching that advances the Jesuit character of the University. For staff, the Center provides programs that help discern their own spiritual commitments and find significance in their work.
