The Ignatian Center staff of nine consists of a four person management team, three program directors, and two administrative associates. In addition, it has two Bannan senior fellows, one Bannan fellow, and three affiliates.

The role of the board is to give input on issues affecting the quality of the Center’s programs; to assist in planning, reviewing, and implementing strategic and operational plans; to give direction in helping the Center stay connected to its stakeholders; to promote the Center in the broader community; and to lend assistance in raising funds.

This is a committee of approximately 12 men and women who bring the voices of our various partners to the table: representatives from community agencies, students, and faculty. They will meet two times a year to advise the Arrupe Partnerships in planning and implementing its most important priorities.
-
The role of the steering committee is to advise the Executive Director of the Ignatian Center on matters related to the Bannan Institute. Its primary function is to meet twice a year, usually in early May and early November, to approve Bannan Grant proposals. On occasion this committee is also asked to review and advise the Executive Director on applications for Bannan Fellowships.

The Steering Committee for the Kolvenbach Solidarity Program was formed in Spring 2010 to advise with the continued development and expansion of the student immersion program. The committee has student, staff, faculty, and community partner representation and meets biannually.
