If you have a disability and require reasonable accommodations, please call the Bannan Institute at (408) 551-1951 or 1-800-735-2929 (TTY-California Relay) at least 48 hours prior to event.

You are invited to join in a short meditation, learn about the practices and discover if a weekly meditation community interests you. This informal gathering is open to everyone at SCU and the surrounding community, both those familiar with the practice of meditation and those interested in discovering how the practice can enhance daily life.

Everyone is welcome. Our sitting sessions are open to everyone whether they are associated with the university or not.

St. Francis Chapel is entered through the side door at the rear of the Mission Church on the Adobe Lodge side of the Mission.
